How to get logs (dump logs) in case of abnormal app termination

1. Run the Phone app.

2. Tab [ *#9900# ].


3. Select “Run dumpstate/logcat” and when log acquisition is complete, tab the “OK” button.


4. Select “Copy to sdcard” and tab the “OK” button after copying is complete.

(SDcard does not need to be inserted.)



5. You can go to My Files and check the .log file in the path below. Please share the acquired log file via call center email ( or with the call counselor in charge.
