Q1. The device powers on, but the screen does not display anything. 

A: If the power is on but the LCD screen is blank, please check the following:

1. 1. Power Button Status: If the red light on the button is unstable or flickering, there may be an internal power issue or button malfunction.

   2. Check the Power Adapter: Ensure the power adapter and cable are properly connected.

   3. LCD Connection: A loose or faulty LCD connection could cause display failure.

Q2. The red light on the power button dims or turns off intermittently.

A: This may indicate an unstable power supply or an issue with the power module. Please check:

• • Verify that the power adapter is working correctly.

  • It could be an internal circuit issue, so contacting technical support is recommended.
