Checkpoints:

1. Ensure the engine is on (most important)
   For basic modules, data is transmitted only when the engine is ON. If the engine is off, vehicle data will not be transmitted.
2. Check Bluetooth connection status
   Verify the Bluetooth connection status on the 'Mi Conectividad' screen within the app. If the connection is unstable, try reconnecting Bluetooth.
3. If the vehicle was just registered
   The log function is temporarily activated until you re-login after vehicle registration. In this case, please try again after re-login.

Actions:

• Request to retry for accurate cause identification
  Wait for at least 1 minute with the engine on and then check the vehicle data again.
• Request assistance from the Distributor
  If the issue persists, request assistance. When requesting, be sure to provide the following information:
  • Date and exact time of the issue occurrence
  • VIN
  • MyKia+ ID

Possible Causes and Solutions:

1. If the engine is not on
   Please retry with the engine on.
2. If the module does not detect the engine start
   Please replace the module.
3. Unstable Bluetooth connection
   Please replace the Bluetooth module.
