Critical: Update Before Vehicle Diagnosis on 28th March
A Smart Launcher ━ GDS Smart Installer and license key keeper ━ update will be released on 13th April. To ensure all diagnostic data(e-report and VDN) is correctly recorded and visible on both your tablet and GWMS, please perform the app update BEFORE starting any vehicle diagnosis as of 13th April.

💡 Why is this important?
If you perform a diagnosis without updating the app, the generated diagnostic numbers(VDN) and details will not be displayed on the tablet UI. While this data is still safely synced to the global e-Report and GWMS systems, it will be unavailable for direct viewing on your diagnostic tool.
We strongly recommend updating the GDS Smart app before proceeding with any vehicle diagnosis on 28th of March 2026.
13th Apr: General Server Launch & Smart Launcher Update
Following the opening of the General region server on 28th March (KST), a Smart Launcher update will be prompted when you run GDS Smart.

Smart Launcher Version 1.306: The updated launcher will verify your user license key and appropriately route General region users' data to the new 'General' server.
* This Smart Launcher update will be distributed to all users across both Europe and General regions. - Automatic Data Migration: For users automatically routed to the 'General' server, the past 1 year of your diagnostic number (VDN) data will be seamlessly migrated to the new 'General' server.
⚠️ Essential: Update Smart Launcher Before Diagnosis
If you continue to perform vehicle diagnoses without updating the Smart Launcher, your diagnostic numbers and data will incorrectly be transmitted to the Europe server. You MUST complete this update before performing any diagnostic functions on or after 13th April.
🔄 Not seeing the update notification in GDS Smart?
If you open GDS Smart and do not see an update notification, or if it shows that no updates are available, please follow these steps:

🗗 How to Check Update Version and Update GDS Smart - After resetting, go back to the Main Home screen and tap the 🌐 Globe icon (top-left corner) to check for available updates again.
