How to Install MobileSupport on tablet PC.

Symptom

To have remote session, please kindly install [MobileSupport for SAMSUNG] on Tablet PC.

Solution

1. Go to [Play Store] on Tablet PC.

2. Search [MobileSupport for SAMSUNG].

3. Tap the program below.

4. Tap [INSTALL] button.

5. Tap [ACCEPT] button.

6. MobileSupport is being installed.

7. After installation is complete, you can find the icon [MobileSupport] on wallpaper. Tap the icon.

8. Contact us(ics@gitauto.com) and request service number. We will send you the service number and tab 6 digit on it.
