Q1. The device powers on, but the screen does not display anything. 

A: If the power is on but the LCD screen is blank, please check the following:

    • Power Button Status: If the red light on the button is unstable or flickering, there may be an internal power issue or button malfunction.

    • Check the Power Adapter: Ensure the power adapter and cable are properly connected.

    • LCD Connection: A loose or faulty LCD connection could cause display failure.

A: This may indicate an unstable power supply or an issue with the power module. Please check:
