[KME] I forgot the GDS/KDS/PC Manager ID and Password

Symptom

 KDS2.0/ KDS/ PC Manager / GDS account is same as CCC account. You can find the account(ID and password) on CCC webpage.

Solution

1. Go to the website. 

https://www.kia-hotline.com

• Forgot ID

  (1) If you forgot the ID, click "Forgot your ID"

(2) Enter your name and email (the name and email which are filled out when you registered the ID) and click "Submit" button. 

(3) If you don't know you must contact KMC.

• Forgot password

(1) If you forgot the password, click "Forgot your password".

(2) Enter your user ID and Email and click "Submit" button.

(3) You will receive the email from the website to change the new password. Register the new password.
