How to update firmware of VCI 2 and 3 manually
Path: Run GDS Smart > Configuration > Device Manger > Select VCI II or VCI III > Update
Once firmware update is getting started after tabbing "OK", please leave the tablet with no additional manipulation until updating is completed.
