To register, visit https://evhchyundai.in, click [Register Your ID], select Dealer type, enter your WA account information, and submit your approval request. Follow Steps 1.1 – 1.6 below.

- Select Type > Dealer
- Enter dealer code and select on the list

2. eVHC App Download

Download the eVHC APK file from https://evhchyundai.in/ under System Management > Application Files. Install it on your Android tablet. If you see warning pop-ups, press [Download anyway] and [Install anyway] to continue.

2.1. Download eVHC App
- To install eVHC app, you need to download apk file from eVHC website.
- URL: https://evhchyundai.in/
- Go to System Management > Application Files to download.
- Then apk file will download.
2.2. Handle "Harmful File" Pop-up
- If pop up appears notifying file maybe harmful, press [Download anyway] and continue

2.4. Error After Initial App Download – Use SA VHC to Access eVHC
❓ What should I do if the eVHC app shows an error screen after the first download?
This is expected behavior. The eVHC app cannot be launched directly – it is only accessible through the [SA VHC] function on WA. You must use the SA VHC menu on WA to initiate the eVHC Auto Check function.

3. eVHC Inspection for SA
❓ How do I run an eVHC inspection as an SA?
After creating an RO, go to [SA VHC] and press [eVHC] button. Select the correct module, and the VIN and odometer will be populated automatically. The app will then run the Auto Check function.

3.1. Initiate eVHC Inspection through SA VHC
- After creating RO go to [SA VHC]
- Press [eVHC] button to initiate eVHC inspection
3.2. Module Selection and Vehicle Information
- The eVHC app will move straight to module selection screen
- Choose the correct module and press [Continue]
- After the module is connected, the VIN will be populated automatically
- After checking vehicle information press [Continue]
- Once module is connected, the odometer will also be populated automatically
- The app will automatically run the Auto Check function
3.3. Check eVHC Result
- Your eVHC auto check result will appear on SA VHC screen
4. eVHC Inspection for FI

Select eVHC on the TC app (available on Google Playstore). After running the eVHC Auto Check process, the result will appear as a pop-up. Final Inspection results will then be displayed on WA.

5. eVHC Result Management
❓ How can I check and export eVHC inspection results?
Go to the VHC Status page on the eVHC management website. You can view the total number of inspections, filter by date, click on a VIN for detailed results, and use the export function to extract data to a documentation format.

- Total number of inspection and overall results are displayed
- The period can be changed from the date display
- List of eVHC Auto Check results will be displayed
- Click on the VIN to view detailed results
5.2. VHC Status Detail
- Vehicle and overall inspection details are displayed above
- You may also check detail on Auto Check items
- Please note, the number of Auto Check items will differ from vehicle to vehicle
- Use export functions on top of the screen to extract data to a documentation format
