Domestic CPO app closes immediately after installation or cannot be used

This provides guidance for cases where the domestic CPO (Hyundai·Genesis) app closes immediately after installation or cannot be used.

Symptoms

Device registration and administrator approval

1. Register the device serial number.
2. The app can only be used once CUV administrator approval (up to 1 hour) is complete.

2-step authentication

1. After logging in, complete 2-step authentication using the registered mobile phone.
