When the inspection results are shown as not yet transmitted when viewing them

This article provides guidance for cases where "Not yet transmitted" is displayed when viewing inspection results in European DPDI / CPO.

Status

Server synchronisation of the inspection results has not yet been completed.

Resolution procedure

1. Please check again after a short while.
2. If this recurs, please report it to the Customer Support Centre.
