  Symptom

    How do I connect the VCI II module to GDS Mobile/KDS? (Wireless)

  Solution 

1. Check the serial number (NHDXXXXX) of the VCI II and connect it to the vehicle. 

2. Enter the module settings menu. There are two ways to access the menu. 

     (1) Tap the VCI icon at the top right of the GDS Mobile main screen.

      (2) Tap [More - Module Settings] at the bottom of the GDS Mobile main screen.

<Note>

If the serial number of the "Last Connected VCI II" is different from the one currently connected to the vehicle, tap the "trash can" icon to delete it and proceed to the next step. 

3. Click "Search".

4. From the list of found devices, tap the item that matches the serial number of the connected VCI II.

5. Enter the VCI II PIN code (0701).

 (If PIN code entry fails, please update the VCI II firmware using a wired connection and try again.) 

6. Connecting to VCI II

7. When the "Last Connected VCI II" item appears, the connection is complete.
