I was getting the message, "To continue, please connect a VCI with USB cable." on GDS Mobile/KDS

   Depending on each region and maker, the images as below may be different from yours.

  Symptom

    GDS Mobile/KDS is based on VCI II communication. However, some vehicles need to be connected to VCI I for vehicle communication. 

    

  Before you begin

  Solution

  If the system needs to be connected to VCI I, the pop-up notice below appears. Then, disconnect VCI II and connect VCI I as shown below.
