How to get ECU logs from your tablet on GDS Smart / KDS 2.0 / GENESIS Smart
1. Please Click "My FIles" on your tablet.
2. Please goto "Internal storage \ NvciData\ log", you will find "ecu" folder.
Select(Touch) "ecu folder" for long seconds (2~3seconds), when selected, click "More"
Then you can find pop-up message like upper menu.
Please click "Compress"
3. Rename it to "ecu folder" or anything else.
4. Now you have a "ecu folder.zip" file.
5. Transfer this file to your PC or Phone (quickshare...etc. )and email (with attachment) it to us.
(or simply send by gmail on the tablet)
Note: Additional Tablet DB Files Required When ECU Upgrade Events Are Not Showing Up
If you are reporting an issue where an ECU Upgrade event does not appear on GDS Smart, KDS 2.0, or GENESIS Smart even after performing the latest Internet Update, please also collect and attach the following two GSW system database files along with the compressed NvciData/log/ecu folder:
Internal storage/nvci/systemdb/system/GSW{KME, HMA, KMA, HMC, ...}.sqliteInternal storage/nvci/systemdb/system/GSW{KME, HMA, KMA, HMC, ...}_L.sqlite
