Symptom

During ECU Upgrade, 7000-10-7F11 error code occurs.

Cause

The detailed code of this error, 7F 11, means serviceNotSupported.
It indicates that the server (controller) does not support the requested service, or the requested operation is not performed because it contains an unknown service identifier.

Resolution

Please check and take the following steps sequentially, then try again.

1. Check vehicle condition and aftermarket devices

• First, please confirm that the vehicle status is IG ON and in a condition suitable for a normal upgrade.
• Please check whether any aftermarket devices are installed on the vehicle.

2. Remove and reinstall the vehicle's 12V battery, then retry

• Remove and reinstall the vehicle's 12V battery, then try again.

3. Disconnect and reconnect the Ethernet cable, then retry

• Please disconnect and reconnect the cable for Ethernet connection, then try again.
