Symptom
'Error 4' appears in Server Version column on PC Manager Internet update page.
Before you begin
1. Disable Antivirus program on your laptop PC Manager is installed on.
2. If you use security network on your workshop, ask your IT guy to open PC Manager Update Server on workshop network.

Solution
It occurs if the time zone or the time and date is different from the local area's one.
Follow the instruction to solve the problem below.
1. Click [Change date and time settings...].
2. Click [Change time zone...].
3. Select your time zone.
4. Click [OK] button.
5. Click [Change date and time...].
6. Change the date and time and click [OK] button.
7. Execute PC Manager and check PC Manager Internet Update menu.
