I was getting the message "The product is not licensed[ ][9]"

Symptom 

When you turn on G-scan, the error appear as below.

Solution
It needs to be reparied.

If you are a dealer, contaact your distributor.

If you are a distributor, contact GIT(ics@gitauto.com).

When you contact the person in charge, attach the information below.

1. A Dealer? or a distributor?

2. Deaeler or Distributor code:

3. Country:

4. Company name :

5. Your name:

6. Contact No.

7. G-scan Serial No. : ECXXXXX

  us G-scan serial number(ESxxxxx) by email(ics@gitauto.com).
Then, we will reply to you with the RMA information.
