How to get the log file for G-scan(Factory version)

1. Press F1 and F6 buttons at the same time.

   You can see the message, "Start saving communcation log.".

2. Perform the function which faces the problem on G-scan.

3. When you face the error situation, stop operating G-scan and turn off the G-scan.

4. Take the SD card out from the G-scan and insert it to the PC.

5. You can find "G-scanCommLog" folder on SD card drive. Zip the "G-scanCommLog" folder and send it to us(ics@gitauto.com).   

The log file will be used for the analysis of the error situation.
