Symptom: ECU upgrade in progress, error code [1000-01-1010] occurs
Cause: Socket connection failure with gateway (non-CCU type) to perform Ethernet event
Resolution:
If error code 1000-01-1010 is shown, please check the following requirements are set properly.
- Does the upgrade that you are going to do suppoprt ethernet communication?
- If required, is VCI 2 or 3 connected to the tablet via wired connection?
- If wired, is static IP set on the tablet network settings?
4. (Optional)It is necessary to check version of Google Play System Update: refer to the Further Resources below.
5. (Optional)After removing the vehicle power connector, proceed with the installation work 5 minutes later and retry the ECU upgrade.
