Please check your diagnostic app is the lastest version, and log out and log in back while Wi-Fi is connected. ※ Error message: "Referred file does not exist or is corrupted in the system. Please check for latest internet update".

Current workaround:
- Check Internet Update is up-to-date, if not, please have it updated
- Log out and log in while a network(Wi-Fi, LTE or 5G) is connected. Then try the function again.
