• You don’t remember your User ID.
• You don’t remember your Password.
• Login fails even though you believe the account exists.

Solution: Choose your brand portal

A) HYUNDAI and GENESIS — Recover via CCC

1. Open CCC: https://ccc.hyundai.com
2. Click Forgot your ID / Password.

Forgot ID

• Fill in the required fields and options, then click Search.

Forgot Password

• Enter your email and click Password Reset.
• You’ll receive an email from CCC to set a new password.

B) KIA (KME/KMU) — Recover via Kia Hotline site

1. Open: https://www.kia-hotline.com

Forgot ID

1. Click Forgot your ID.
2. Enter your Name and Email (used at registration) → Submit.
3. If you still can’t identify your ID, contact KMC.

Forgot Password

1. Click Forgot your password.
2. Enter your User ID and Email → Submit.
3. You’ll receive an email to set a new password.
