If you can’t sign in to GDS Smart / GENESIS Smart / KDS 2.0, use the brand portal below to recover your ID or Password.

Symptoms
- You don’t remember your User ID.
- You don’t remember your Password.
- Login fails even though you believe the account exists.
Before you start
- The email address used during registration
- (KIA) Your User ID if you are resetting the password
Solution: Choose your brand portal
A) HYUNDAI and GENESIS — Recover via CCC
- Open CCC: https://ccc.hyundai.com
- Click Forgot your ID / Password.
Forgot ID
- Fill in the required fields and options, then click Search.
Forgot Password
- Enter your email and click Password Reset.
- You’ll receive an email from CCC to set a new password.

B) KIA (KME/KMU) — Recover via Kia Hotline site
Forgot ID
- Click Forgot your ID.
- Enter your Name and Email (used at registration) → Submit.
- If you still can’t identify your ID, contact KMC.
Forgot Password
- Click Forgot your password.
- Enter your User ID and Email → Submit.
- You’ll receive an email to set a new password.
