GDS MOBILE Update Service Termination Notice

The GDS Mobile update service will end in February 2025. To continue receiving updates, support, and new features, please transition to GDS Smart as soon as possible.

Why Upgrade to GDS Smart?

By switching to GDS Smart, you will benefit from:

• Ongoing Support & Updates – Continuous improvements and technical support for your diagnostic needs.

Consequences of Not Upgrading to GDS Smart

Failure to transition to GDS Smart may result in the following disadvantages:

1. Inability to diagnose new vehicle models
2. Limited access to additional model years
3. Inability to use newly updated features

GDS Smart Minimum Requirements

To ensure optimal performance, your device must meet the following specifications:

• Tablet: Galaxy Tab S7 or higher(iOS does NOT support)
• Operating System: Android 12 or later
• RAM: 6GB or more
• Storage: 64GB or more

Steps to Transition to GDS Smart

1. Submit Your VCI II Serial Information

   • Send your VCI II serial number to sale2@gitauto.com.

2. Obtain a GDS Smart License Key

   • The GIT sales team will provide you with the required license key.

3. Install GDS Smart

   • Follow the installation guide and use the provided license key.
