Symptom:

 

The "Air Vent Check" message may appear in the following situations:

  1. The pressure regulator is missing from the air injection adapter mounting area on the upper case of the EV battery pack.

          • Solution: Ensure the pressure regulator is properly installed.

  2. The silicone O-ring at the bottom of the air injection adapter is missing.

          • Solution: Reassemble the silicone O-ring correctly and remove any foreign substances from the mounting surface.

  3. Poor assembly of the *pressure regulator installed on the upper case of the battery, preventing proper seating on the bottom surface.

          • Cause: The pressure regulator may be clogged with foreign substances or improperly assembled.
          • Solution: Clean the mounting area of the *pressure regulator and replace it with a new one if necessary.
