FAQ | KCL Module Errors During Installation

1.Network Check failure

If you are encountered an error as below, when installing KCL module set, please request VIN removal to GIT via [tap]inquiry form.

2.Sim Card's ICCID does not appear

Sim card or HW defect is expected. 

If you are encountered following screen with no text and number on ICCID, please try reinstallation with following workarounds:

A. Replace sim card and try installation.

B. Replace module set and try installation.
