DCS Module Repair Process & Warranty Policy
This document provides details on DCS (KIA CONNECT LITE) product configurations, warranty coverage, replacement procedures, and important notes.
① Product Variants
DCS is available in the following three versions:

② Warranty Period
- Main Module: 2 years from the vehicle installation date (or purchase date)
- Accessories (Cables, CAN-FD Module, etc.): 6 months
③ Repair / Replacement Process

2Diagnosis by GIT Agent:
A GIT agent will evaluate the information provided and determine whether the product is defective. If it is under warranty, a replacement unit will be issued. Please note that GIT does not offer repair service. If the product is defective, you may need to purchase a replacement. -
3Product Return & Shipping Cost Policy:
GIT may collect the product for inspection to confirm the defect.
- If the product is defective: Shipping cost will be fully covered by GIT.
- If the product is normal: Shipping cost must be covered by the dealer or customer. -
4Note for DCS Premium:
When replacing the module, do not discard the existing SIM card. Move it to the new module and install it properly.
