Cause

No response or delayed response from the controller (ECU) to the diagnostic tool's (diagnostic app) encryption command

Actions

Check if the diagnostic tool (diagnostic app) is updated to the latest version

Check for the installation of third-party equipment and try upgrading after removal

Since the vehicle's controller (ECU) may be faulty, it is recommended to retry at least 3 times
