Cause

No response or delayed response from ECU during memory deletion or consistency check command

Actions

Check if the diagnostic tool (diagnostic app) is updated to the latest version

Check for any aftermarket equipment installation and remove it before retrying the ECU upgrade

The vehicle's controller (ECU) may be faulty, so it is recommended to retry at least 3 times
