Turn ON automatic time zone setting on Android tablet
- Open the Settings app.
- Go to General Management or System → Date & Time.
- Set Automatic time zone to ON.
- Allow location access if prompted.

Test network connection
- Use a mobile hotspot from your smartphone
- Try logging in again.
- If login is successful, your existing network is blocking the connection to the GDS Smart, GENESIS Smart, or KDS 2.0 server.
- Please contact your IT team and request to whitelist the login-related IPs.
