If you are logged into the Google Play Store, you can search for and install Mobile Support. On tablets with Android OS 14 or higher, you must also install RS Assistance (Plug-in RS Assistant) to receive smooth remote support services.

2. In the search bar, enter "Mobile Support (Samsung) - Remote Call" and search.
3. Please install the programme.
4. Press the [Install] button.
5. Click [Agree].
6. The Mobile Support programme is being installed.
7. After installation is complete, the [Mobile Support] icon will be created on the main page. Please tap the icon.
8. Enter the 6-digit code provided by the GIT Customer Centre and wait for the remote connection.
Tablet users with Android OS 14 or higher must install RS Assistant to receive smooth remote support services.
If you purchased the tablet from GIT, Mobile Support and RS Assistant are already installed. Please follow the instructions below to complete additional app settings.
If you cannot find Mobile Support and RS Assistant in the tablet apps, you can download them from the Google Play Store.
Run RS Assistance and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the settings menu.
In [Installed Apps], select Plugin: RSAssistant and change it to [Enabled].
If Plugin: RSAssistant is disabled, please follow the [Additional Instructions] at the bottom of this article to complete the settings.
Once the settings are complete, you can receive remote support through the Mobile Support app.
Additional instructions: If Plugin: RSAssistant is disabled in [Installed Apps], please follow the instructions below to complete the settings.
Example of the issue
In app settings (Settings - Applications - Plugin: RSAssistant), select [Advanced Settings - Allow Restricted Settings] at the top right to activate the 'Restricted Settings' feature.
Then run RSAssistant again to complete the settings.
Run RS Assistance and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the settings menu.
In [Installed Apps], select Plugin: RSAssistant and change it to [Enabled].
Once the settings are complete, you can receive remote support through the Mobile Support app.
