Mobile Support(Remote Program) is not Connected


When you try to connect to remote session by mobile support on your tablet PC, even though you enter the correct 6 digits(Password), you cannot connect it. 



1. Unblock all related IP and port of RSupport on your network.  (If you connect the Wi-Fi to the company network(security network), ask your company's IT guy to unblock them below.)

* The IP will change after May. 15. 2018 due to the Rsupport policy.

<After May. 15. 2018>

2. MobileSupport must be the latest version.

  (1) Run MobileSupport on your tablet PC. 

    * If you cannot find it on tablet PC or you didn't install it yet, click here.  

  (2) Perform the latetest update.
