Wi-Fi is not activated on the tablet PC.

Symptom

Wi-Fi is not activated on tablet PC.

Solution

1. Perform the Soft-reset on tablet PC.

How to perform the soft-reset: Press "power button" and "volume down button" at the same time at least 7 seconds as below.

2. The tablet PC will be restarted.

3. Go to [Setting - WiFI] and, press the WiFI button and check if the Wi-Fi is activated.

If you still have the problem after soft-reseting, the tablet mainboard must be checked by Samsung service center. Please contact the distributor of the tablet PC.
