'VCI II Serial number is not available' message occurs during registration.

Symptom 

'VCI II Serial number is not avaliable' message occurs during registration.

Cause 

VCI II Serial number is not registered on the server.

Solution 

Contact the GIT sales person where you bought the GDS Mobile/KDS.

You'd better let then know VCI II serial number. 

Then, they will register VCI II serial number on the server.
