GDS Smart | GENESIS Smart | KDS 2.0 | 'Failed to connect to update server'' error message occurs.

Symptom : 'Failed to connect to update server'' error message occurs during internet update.

Solution : 

Please follow the two steps as the below.

1) Try Server reset

Path : Configuration > Server > Reset > Save

2) Force Stop GDS Smart or KDS 2.0

Path : Settings > Apps > GDS Smart or KDS 2.0 > Force stop

After that, start GDS Smrat or KDS 2.0 to perform the internet update.
