KDS 2.0 update (Software version: NEK-02-0099 or higher) requires at least 20GB free storage due to a large ECU upgrade, causing installation failures on 64GB tablets. Users should clear storage manually or perform a factory reset, then retry the update. Deleted ROM data can be restored via Auto or Manual mode. For persistent issues, upgrading to a 128GB device is recommended. Contact support if needed.
