The error message 'Lecense check failed(1006 and TimeStampError)' occurs in various circumstances. Please take workaround using your mobile hotspot if the countermeasure in the article does not work.
Symptom
When you install SmartLauncher, you see the error:
“License check failed (1006 or TimeStampError)”
Solutions
A. Enable Automatic Time Zone in tablet setting
- Go to Settings on your tablet PC.
- Open “Generation Management”.
- Select the “Date and Time” menu.
- Enable “Automatic date and time”.
B. Connect Mobile Hotspot to the tablet and try installation again.
