"There is no related event" message occurs when trying to perform ECU upgrade.

Symptom : "There is no related event" message occurs

Cause : 

1) ROM ID is not applicable for the ECU upgrade event.

2) Vehicle Model and Year are not applicable for the ECU upgrade event.

3) The recent ECU upgrade event is not included in the internet update.

4) The ECU upgrade event is not approved for your region. 

5) Distributor account is available but not dealers.

Solution : 

1) Check and compare the ROM ID with TSB you have.  If It's different, please contact HMC/KMC regarding the issue.

2) Check and compare the vehicle model and year with TSB you have. If It's different, please contact HMC/KMC regarding the issue.

3) If the event is approved properly, you can perform ECU upgrade with "Auto Download".

4) Contact HMC/KMC regarding this issue. ECU upgrade is only able to be approved by HMC/KMC.

5) Copy to release on GSW for the ECU upgrade events.
