Error code occurred during ECU upgrade (0012-00-0000)

Symptom: While ECU upgrade is in progress, error code [0012-00-0000]

Cause: Failed to send data when requesting to start ECU upgrade from tablet to VCI

Resolution:

1. Remove the VCI installed on the OBD and re-install it.
2. After reconnecting the tablet and VCI, retry the ECU upgrade.
