Step 2: Submit the Error Log Report
Submit the error log report through the Log Collection function:

Navigate to:Myfiles > Internal storage > nvcidata > log > ecu
Compress the entire "ecu" folder or selectively compress log files, ensuring the total size does not exceed 20MB. -
