Error code occurred during ECU upgrade (1000-01-1010)(Revised 24-10-2024)

Symptom: ECU upgrade in progress, error code [1000-01-1010] occurs

Cause: Socket connection failure with gateway (non-CCU type) to perform Ethernet event

Resolution:

1. It is necessary to check whether the aftermarket equipment is installed on the car.

2. It is necessary to check version of Google Play System Update: refer to the Further Resources below.

3. It is necessary to connect the ECI cable normally and check the tablet's fixed IP.
4. It is necessary to connect the diagnostic device and check the normal display of the sensor output of the gateway controller.
5. After removing the vehicle power connector, proceed with the installation work 5 minutes later and retry the ECU upgrade.
