[GPMS]Inspection Result Uploading Failures

1. Symptom : data uploading fails after inspection is completed. 

2. Cause : Network currently connected to tablet would be secured network or unstable. 

3. Workaround 

• Check the Wi-Fi which is connected is a public network or hotspot.
• Visit the website(http://gpms.kia.com) to check your Wi-Fi is secured or unsecured. 
  • If you can see the screen below, the network is OK to use.
