This article provides guidance on resolving network errors, screen display misinterpretations, and campaign and battery inspection errors for the Hyundai and Genesis PDI apps and web portals, and eVHC for all vehicle models.
On this page
Resolving vehicle information download failures
"Vehicle info download failed (0319)"
The cause is a delayed vehicle information response (60-second timeout), not a device fault.
- Please query again after a short while, or carry out an offline inspection if urgent.
Identifying Wi-Fi firewall blocking
If connection/upload fails only at specific dealers, use a mobile hotspot test to immediately isolate whether the internal firewall is blocking access.
- Please connect via a smartphone mobile hotspot (LTE/5G).
Checking screen displays and resolving web errors
The in-progress tick icon on the automatic inspection results screen indicates command execution.
- After completion, please scroll down the screen to check the actual
PASS/FAILfor each item.
The upper table in the web portal's [AGED] list shows stock requiring inspection, and the lower [AGED] table shows completed inspection history (Status 2/99), so this is a normal completion status.
If the following message is displayed in eVHC or a web error occurs, please follow the procedure below.
"performing another action"
- Please clear the browser cookies and cache.
- Please use the Chrome browser.
Resolving campaign inspection errors
"No campaign data (1064)"
The cause is that the campaign has not been registered on the PDI web administrator site ([Local Campaign]).
- Please have the corporate administrator register the campaign under PDI web [System Management] > [Local Campaign].
Resolving battery inspection errors
"This inspection is not supported (1028)"
The cause is an unofficial device language setting or a missing battery master DB for a new vehicle model.
- Please change the tablet language to the local official language.
- Please update the vehicle model DB.
