Applicable regions and models
- Applicable regions: North America(HMA), Europe·Australia(HME).
- Models: MX5a HEV / MX5 HEV(Santa Fe HEV), NX4 HEV(Tucson HEV), SX2 HEV(Kona HEV).
Vehicle power-off during automatic inspection
In the latest HEVs, such as the MX5a HEV(Santa Fe Hybrid), when the automatic inspection time is extended due to a delay in current acquisition(800~900ms per acquisition), the vehicle controller protection logic(DCAN no-signal 6-minute timer) may activate, automatically switching the vehicle power OFF during the inspection.
Switching back to customer mode before customer handover
To prevent battery discharge, a forced switch to [Shipping Mode] is performed immediately after the automatic inspection is completed.
You must switch back to [Customer Mode] before customer handover.
- Please switch back to [Customer Mode] before customer handover.
