When I install GDS Mobile/KDS via PC Manager, I got the message, "Failed to import the tablet version information."

Symptom: 

When I install GDS Mobile/KDS via PC Manager, I got the message, "Failed to import the tablet version information. Please try agian after reconngtioin the USB cable"

Solution

1. Connect the USB cable to the another port of the laptop and try again. 

2. Connect the another USB cable.

3. If you failed No.1 and 2, please perform the factory data reset for tablet PC and try again.
