I cannot find VDN on e-Report or KGIS.

To check this issue, we need some information. Please check the information and send them us by email(tech_support@gitamerica.com).

1. Log file:

1) Go to the path[internal storage\nvci\temp].

2) You can find the folder, [eReportTemp]. Zip the folder(eReportTemp) and send it to tech_support@gitamerica.com

2. VDN data file:

1) Go to the path [Internal storage\nvci] on your tablet PC.

2) You can find the folder, [vininfo]. Zip the folder(vininfo) and send it to tech_support@gitamerica.com.
