Resuming failed during the internet update after pressing 'Retry' button

Symptom : Resuming failed during the internet update after pressing 'Retry' button. When pressing the 'Retry' button during the internet update, it goes to 0%.

Cause : It's expected that this issue happend due to the server issue. 

Temporary Solution : Do not press 'Retry' button. In stead of that, please 'Close' the window and press the Globe icon on the main screen as the picture of the below. Then, internet update will be continuously downloaded at the point where it stoped.
