The app turns off during the update on android 14.

Symptom: The app turns off during the update.

Cuase: If you have android 14 with your tablet PC, you have to reinstll smartlauncher program with related to the update.

Solution

  1. Restart tablet PC. 

  2. Go to [Setting > Apps > SmartLauncher]

3. Tap "Uninstall" at the bottom.

4. Scan the QR below with your tablet PC. 

5. Download and install SmartLauncher on your tablet PC.

6. Run GDS Smart/KDS2.0 and perform the internet update again.
