We have been experiencing recent cases of download and installation failures. GIT is currently investigating the root cause and solution for these issues, which are caused by unstable server connections.
Symptoms of unstable server connections include:

Download failures: The download process may stall or time out due to interrupted communication with the server.
- Error message A : An error occurred while downloading the file. ERROR
- Error message B : An error occurred while downloading the file. ERROR_DOWNLOAD_TIMEOUT
- Symptom A : No progress checked
- Symptom B : No progress from a certain percentage for hours.
- Symptom C : Getting back to 0% from a certain percentage.

Installation failures: The installation may fail due to incomplete downloads or corrupted data caused by network disruptions.
- Error message : Installation has failed! Please select OK button to perform Online Download again. GDS_Smart_123.apk
- "apk" detected error would vary.
- Error message : Installation has failed! Please select OK button to perform Online Download again. GDS_Smart_123.apk
Current Workaround:
Unfortunately, the only available workaround for now is to keep retrying the in-app resource download until it completes successfully.
Important Note: * Do not press "Close" during the retry process. This action will automatically delete all previously downloaded files, forcing you to start the download from 0%.
- Instead, use the "Retry" button. This option will check the previously downloaded files and, if there are no issues, resume the download from the point of failure.
Ex) If the download fails at 50% and you tap "Retry," the download will pick up from 50%.
- If you press "Close" at 50% and then retry, the download will restart from 0%.
GIT is actively working to address these issues and will provide an update as soon as possible.
