Error code occurred during ECU upgrade (5004-00-2000)

Symptom: While ECU upgrade is in progress, error code [5004-00-2000]

Cause: Failed to send data when requesting to start ECU upgrade from tablet to VCI.

Resolution:

1. Tablet Settings - Select GDSM(Smart) or KDS(2.0) app > Storage > "Clear data" and "Clear Cache"  And after restarting the app, check if it works normally.

2. If you still have the same issue please follow below. 

   1) Remove the VCI installed on the OBD and re-connect it.
   2) After reconnecting the tablet and VCI, retry the ECU upgrade. 
   3) If you still fail, VCI might be defective. Check it with another VCI.
