Symptom

During ECU Upgrade, the error code 7000-10-7F11 occurs.

Cause

The detailed code of this error, 7F 11, means serviceNotSupported.
It indicates that the server (controller) does not support the requested service or that the requested operation is not performed because it contains an unknown service identifier.

Resolution

Please check and address the following items sequentially, then try again.

1. Check vehicle condition and aftermarket devices

• First, please confirm that the vehicle status is IG ON and that the upgrade can be performed normally under this condition.
• Please check if any aftermarket devices are installed on the vehicle.

2. Remove and reinstall the vehicle 12V battery, then retry

• Remove and reinstall the vehicle's 12V battery, then try again.

3. Disconnect and reconnect the Ethernet cable, then retry

• Please disconnect and reconnect the cable for Ethernet connection, then try again.
