Noise(special) Inspection Failure with a message "No events exist for this vehicle"

1. Symptom

: Inspection fails at first stage(verifying vehicle) with a message "No events exist for this vehicle". 

2. The Current Workaround

: Please find both "iNVHEvent.sqlite" and "Thresholdversion.txt" in your tablet and remove them. Then perform inspection once again.
